Processes

In the Initial Chapter we argued that processes play an extremely important role for successful Search&Selection.

Three main areas have to do with processes:

•	Steps in the application process (letters, meetings, interviews, presentations, rejections ...)

•	Position Status which indicates how far in the process a specific candidate has come.

•	MatchBuilding wich is the process of finding the right candidates for a given position.
