Reports

In the ChannelCRM System we use Reports as a common denominator for all reports, printouts, lists or graphical representations of data that is not meant for basic data entry or data manipulation and which could typically be used as "paper-reports". When we write "could be used" it is because much waste of paper could be avoided when it is easy to pull the information you need directly from the screen. It is easy, and when you pull the information on the screen you are sure that the data is 100% up to date. All sales professionals will agree that conducting your sales meeting, using the CRM system interactively is far more effective and binding, than conducting a meeting with reports created the day before yesterday.
