To get the most out of your ChannelCRM Search&Selection, you will need to configure the system to your way of working. The two main areas are a) the steps that an applicant is going through during the course of a recruitment process, and b) which descriptors you want to use when you want to describe how qualified an applicant is with regard to a certain position.
