Candidate Status

In the ChannelCRM Searc&Selection it is possible to to register how far he/she is in the process. Whether or not it has taken few or many interviews to reach that status has nothing to do with the status - but it is off course also registered. One sould not confuse the actual status with the process. That you have performed the step "interview" does not necessarily mean that the candidate has reached status "Interviewed".

Rejected	The candidate will not get the job (everyone except 1 ends up with this status)
Not Evaluated	The candidate is connected to position but not yet evaluated
Matched	It seems that the candidate fits the position
Candidate	The candidate has agreed that he/she is a candidate for the position
Interview1	The candidate has gone through the first interview
Screened	The customer has ok'ed the candidate based on anonymous data
Presented	The candidate has been presented for the customer
Referenced	References has been taken
Top3	The candidate is one of three most qualified
Hired	The candidate is hired
